Refund Policy

At Treasure Us Jewelry Company we're all about designing pieces that celebrate our journey and remind you of your power. With that, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned and that’s okay!

If you’re not totally satisfied with your jewelry, you may return the product for a refund under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

  2. Jewelry must be unworn or unused, with tags (for rings), and in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Items marked as final sale or clearance are non-refundable.

 

If you decide to return the jewelry for a refund or exchange:

  1. Send us an email at info@treasureusco. with your order number, reason and the items that you’d like to return.

  2. Our team will provide the return instructions, including our return address.

  3. You can purchase the shipping label from your preferred postal service to return the item.

Once we receive and evaluate your return, we’ll process your refund for the purchase amount of the item, excluding shipping fees. Refunds will take 5-7 business days to be posted back on your account.

Damages and Issues

We want you to be obsessed with every piece you receive. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or includes the wrong item, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Stolen or Lost Package

Our team takes the utmost pride in preparing each order to be safely delivered. Once the package is in route, delays or delivery issues can occasionally happen.

 If your package goes missing or stolen, we recommend reaching out to USPS for help with locating or filing a claim. If you require more details from our team,  be sure to let us know and we’ll be glad to support you!
